The present action is brought by a schoolteacher formerly employed by Independent School District #23 of Jefferson County, State of Oklahoma. The plaintiff's suit is an aggregation of claims which has as its core alleged violations of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985, 1986 and 1988, with jurisdiction stemming from 28 U.S.C. § 1343.
