PER CURIAM.

An Oakland County jury found defendant guilty of the charged offense of unarmed robbery, MCLA 750.530; MSA 28.798. He was sentenced to a term in prison of from 10 to 15 years and now appeals as of right.

Before addressing ourselves to the issues it should be noted that the defendant was originally charged with the armed robbery, on September 6, 1971, of a Ferndale party store, MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797. He was allowed to plead to the reduced charge...
