This is a suit under the Uniform Commercial Code (Chapter 554, The Code, 1971), by which plaintiff seeks to recover for alleged breach of contract. Defendant, in turn, counterclaimed for damages, asserting the breach was plaintiff's, not his. The case was tried without a jury. The trial court found against plaintiff and dismissed his petition.
