OPINION BY PRICE, J., June 24, 1975:

Appellant was found guilty, by a jury, of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor.1 Following the denial of post-trial motions, appellant was sentenced to pay a fine of $200 and to undergo imprisonment in the Franklin County Prison for a period of not more than 15 days.
