Section 3, Rule 1, of Orphans' Court Rules of the Supreme Court of this Commonwealth compels orphans' court practice to conform to equity procedure in the local court of common pleas. In the absence of such rules in this district, we are compelled to follow the Rules of Civil Procedure in equity as promulgated by the Supreme Court in Pa. R.C.P. 1517.
