STATEMENT OF CASE

RONALD ASHTON ERBE, born 23 November 1947, was arrested, apparently on 26 September 1968, for breaking the dwelling of Bruce Reed on 15 August 1968 in the daytime with intent to steal personal property. On 30 September, after a preliminary hearing in the Municipal Court of Baltimore City, he was bound over for action by the Grand Jury, and committed to jail in default of $1000 bail...
