Appellant, a 17-year-old juvenile, was found guilty of assaulting a 12-year-old boy. D.C.Code 1973, § 22-504. Appellant contends that the judge who presided over the factfinding hearing should not have done so, since that judge had presided over a detention hearing in a separate case involving appellant three weeks earlier.
