MILLER, Judge.

Plaintiffs, the heirs of Anatole J. Verret, appeal the trial court's dismissal of their action to remove a cloud from their title. Defendants are the heirs of Charles Ashley, Thomas E. Carlin, and Joseph Broussard. We affirm.

The land involved is comprised of Lots 6, 10, and 11 of Section 33, Township 9 South, Range 9 East, and was patented to A. J. Verret on April 24, 1888. The 160 acre parcel is located in the Atchafalaya Basin in St. Martin...
