This is an appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed May 8, 1974, which adopted and affirmed a referee's decision sustaining an initial determination of the Industrial Commissioner that the claimant had been overpaid benefits which were recoverable in the amount of $1,950.
