PER CURIAM:

Respondent was found guilty of four counts of misconduct by the hearing panel and was suspended from the practice of law for 130 days. On review, the State Bar Grievance Board reversed the panel as to count 1, which alleged unprofessional conduct and neglect, sustained the findings as to the other three counts, and entered an order that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for one year. This Court remanded the matter to the Grievance Board...
