COPELAND, Justice.

The defendant first assigns as error that the court failed to instruct the jury as to the effect of insanity or mental weakness on premeditation and deliberation.

The court instructed the jury as to the proper test for determining whether or not defendant was legally sane at the time of the killing. The defendant requested no further instructions when the trial judge made inquiry about it. Our Court has previously ruled on this particular...
