Lee, trustee, Faith Missionary Church and Citizens Commercial and Savings Bank, and from the trial court holding that plaintiff's mortgage from Thomas P. Lee and Jacqueline A. Lee, individually and as representatives of Lee Homes, Inc. was null and void.
