Defendant, Bill D. Pate, was indicted by the Lee County grand jury on two counts each of armed robbery, armed violence, aggravated assault, unlawful restraint, and delivering less than 30 grams of heroin to another person. On motion of the State's Attorney the armed robbery and armed violence charges were dismissed. Defendant pleaded guilty to the remaining charges...
