KERN, Associate Judge:

Appellant, a juvenile, was convicted in the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of robbery1 and assault with a dangerous weapon.2 He claims the procedure used by the United States Attorney in charging him as an adult denied him due process of law. Finding this contention unpersuasive, we affirm the judgments.
