The plaintiff, George D. King, commenced this action on November 24, 1969 by filing a complaint in the Circuit Court of Mobile County against defendant, Claude M. Farrell, seeking damages for malicious prosecution and false imprisonment. Defendant filed pleas of not guilty and the general issue.
