No abuse of discretion was committed by the single justice in denying the petitioner's motions "To Extend Time to Docket Appeal" (Mass. R.A.P. 10 [a], 365 Mass. 853 [1974]) and "To Extend Time to Designate Contents of the Record" (see Mass. R.A.P. 14 [b], 365 Mass. 859 [1974]).
