Eddie Miller and Rickey Kauffman were found guilty by the court below, sitting without a jury, of criminal conspiracy1 and criminal mischief.2 Appellants raise numerous issues dealing primarily with the validity and interpretation of the criminal mischief statute and errors alleged to have been made at trial.
