The cause was initiated by the filing of a "Complaint on a Life Insurance Policy" by appellee, Lillian Keith. The defendant in that action, First Equity Security Life Insurance Company (First Equity), filed an Answer and "Cross-Complaint for Reformation of Contract" on October 18, 1971.
