The appellant was charged with theft of a motor vehicle with intent to either temporarily or permanently deprive the owner of the vehicle in violation of A.R.S. § 13-672, as amended. The charge also alleged three prior felonies, which appellant admitted. The trial court, after extensive examination, found that the vehicle was taken with the intent to temporarily deprive the owner...
