Petitioner proposes amendments to the Code of Professional Responsibility and the Integration Rule of The Florida Bar, to permit members of the Bar to participate in approved credit plans for financing legal services and to permit the publication of official notices of The Florida Bar in "The Florida Bar News" as well as The Florida Bar Journal....
