Plaintiff sued for breach of contract, alleging that defendant had ordered a boom and other accessories for a crane which had been delivered pursuant to the order, but for which defendant had refused to make payment. Though not specific, the answer does admit an order and the delivery of "certain accessories", while denying liability to pay therefor.
