Spears, taxpayers of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, to obtain an accounting of public expenditures and a permanent injunction prohibiting the further expenditure of public funds for the purpose of carrying out an industrial inducement agreement between Industrial District # 2 of Tangipahoa Parish and Kellwood Industries...
