Alan Dunlap (claimant) was employed by United Parcel Service (employer), to sort parcels on a conveyor belt and load them onto trucks. The claimant allegedly injured his back while at work on July 21, 1971 when, at the instruction of his supervisor, he attempted to remove two heavy tires from one of the employer's trucks.
