HOOD, Judge.

This suit was instituted as a possessory action by Anthony K. Lemoine against Harry Couvillon. Plaintiff seeks to be maintained in possession of a 3.25 acre tract of land in Avoyelles Parish. Defendant filed an answer, and after trial on the merits, judgment was rendered by the trial court in favor of defendant, rejecting plaintiff's demands. Plaintiff appealed.
