Defendant was convicted of armed robbery, MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797 and appeals.

Mr. John Starwas, on March 2, 1972, was robbed at gun point while working in his party store. Some two weeks after the robbery, Officer Wolak received an informant's tip that defendant had committed the robbery.
