The plaintiffs, Vivian and Jesse Schomer, brought this action seeking an injunction to prohibit the defendants from using a particular lot for commercial parking in violation of zoning regulations. The defendants answered that the lot was, in fact, located in a business zone and that its use for parking conformed to applicable regulations.
