HOWARD, Chief Judge.

The pivotal question in this case is whether venue was properly laid in Pima County.

Appellant was indicted for and convicted of attempted murder, second degree. The basis for the charge was his attempt to procure the services of a "hit man" to execute his former wife. Appellant conveyed his interest in having either his ex-wife or her paramour executed to a private detective who told appellant he was not personally interested...
