This matter arose in the Circuit Court of Baltimore City, and comes to us because Judge Joseph C. Howard sustained a demurrer without leave to amend, which determination constitutes a final judgment from which an appeal may be taken. Md. Rule 345 e. Because Naomi Barbara Gallant considered an enforced transfer from a teaching position in one Baltimore City school to another, as discriminatory, undesirable, disadvantageous...
