This is an appeal by plaintiff from a December 13, 1974, decision of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board. The appeal board found that plaintiff continued to be disabled from a 1968 injury, but they also found that plaintiff's earnings in a new position were sufficient to preclude an award of compensation.

At the time he was injured, plaintiff was employed full-time in defendant's Dearborn assembly plant and was also working in his spare time...
