The plaintiff, Urban Products International Ltd., was an unsuccessful applicant for a 5-year contract to pick up refuse for the village of Wilmette. The plaintiff sued for damages resulting from defendants' alleged violations of the Illinois Antitrust Act (Ill. Rev.
