Several points of procedural interest, but no question of substantive law, are involved in this appeal. The case originated when Buford L. Marshall, an exercise boy at the Laurel Race Track, fell off a horse and was injured. On 17 April 1974 he filed suit in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County against Walter L. Worsham and Evelyn W. Thomas, alleging that Worsham, a trainer, engaged Marshall to exercise the horse...
