The plaintiffs brought suit praying that the defendants be adjudged to be constructive trustees for certain debenture notes issued by Dudden Elevator, Inc. After trial to the court, judgment was entered that the debenture notes, or duplicates of such debentures, be returned to the plaintiffs and that such notes would be obligations of the defendant, Dudden Elevator, Inc., according to their terms.
