This is an appeal from the dismissal of the post-conviction petition of Edgeworth (hereafter at times petitioner) without an evidentiary hearing. On 24 April 1968, petitioner was convicted in a jury trial of four counts of attempt murder and one count of aggravated battery. After sentencing, petitioner filed a timely notice of appeal and petitioner was admitted to bail pending the appeal...
