Defendant Kenneth Creed was indicted for unlawful possession of cannabis, 30 to 500 grams (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 56 1/2, § 704(d)). Defendant moved to suppress the seized marijuana as evidence (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 38, § 114-12(a)(1)).
