Judge James Macgill, sitting in Equity in the Circuit Court for Howard County, found that the appellees, Joseph I. Winkles and Mary Elizabeth Winkles, his wife, were entitled to a right of way 12 feet in width over the lands of the appellants, Angelo N. Amabile and Elisabeth E.
