This estate is before us for settlement on petition pursuant to section 3102 of the Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries Code of June 30, 1972, P.L. 508 (No. 164), 20 Pa.C.S. §3102. The dispute is between decedent's mother (claimant), who claims reimbursement for payment of the funeral bill, and decedent's widow and two sons, who are his intestate heirs.
