Plaintiff Geist (Appellant) appeals from judgment dismissing his claim against his employer, Martin Decker Corporation (Appellee), for workmen's compensation benefits. The issue presented is whether an employee, who contracts hepatitis during the course and within the scope of his employment, suffers an accident resulting in disabling personal injury within the meaning of the terms "accident" and "injury", as defined in LSA-R.S. 23:1021(1) and (7)....
