This is an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Lake County. In April, 1971, the defendant, the appellant herein, was indicted by a Lake County grand jury on a charge that on or about November 27, 1970, he did receive or conceal horse bridles and horse saddles of a value in excess of sixty dollars, the personal property of the Lake Erie College, knowing such property to have been stolen, a violation of R. C. 2907.30.
