A single member of the Industrial Accident Board awarded the employee specific compensation under G.L.c. 152, § 36 (b), as amended through St. 1966, c. 584, which provided for the payment of such compensation at the rate of $25 a week for 500 weeks "[f]or the reduction to twenty-seventieths of normal vision in both eyes, with glasses."
