This case involves the interpretation of an agreement drawn by appellants without the assistance of a lawyer. The appellants (Doles), who drew the agreement, contend that it is a lease and option and that the option later was exercised. The appellees (Hansens) contend that it was only an agreement to enter into a further contract and that the option provision was without consideration and was withdrawn before acceptance.
