ORTH, C.J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

On 22 November 1974 in the Criminal Court of Baltimore, GEORGE D. HOLLE, the younger, was tried at a bench trial under indictment No. 17401997 presenting by the first count that on 24 June 1974 he did steal $712 of the monies of St. Matthews Roman Catholic Congregation, Inc. and by the second count that he did receive the monies. He was found guilty generally and a general sentence of five years was imposed and suspended...
