This is an action for breach of the Arizona Securities Statutes, the Federal Securities Statutes and Regulations, and for common law fraud. The action arises out of the sale of a Nevada ranch which was to be accomplished by an exchange of stock and a cash payment. The appellant, Lenard F. Geiler (Geiler), initiated this action against S.A. Tanner (Tanner), and his wife; his son, Michael S. Tanner and wife, his brother...
