On October 30, 1974, the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, sitting as an Orphans' Court,1 removed appellant, Julian I. Richards, an attorney and a resident of Virginia, from his office as personal representative of the estate of his aunt, Edith A. Parsons, who died domiciled in Montgomery County on February 19, 1973.
