SMITH, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

Appellant, William J. Karns (Karns), was injured on June 30, 1972, while operating the truck of his employer, appellee, Liquid Carbonic Corporation (Liquid Carbonic). The Workmen's Compensation Commission found "that the claimant's conduct was wilful due to alcoholic intoxication." For that reason, the claim was disallowed.
