Defendant was charged with the crime of sodomy, MCLA 750.158; MSA 28.355, and with assault with intent to commit sodomy, MCLA 750.85; MSA 28.280, as the result of acts which occurred from October 30, 1973 through November 5, 1973 in the Muskegon County Jail.
