CLINTON, Justice.

The question in this case is the propriety of the action of the trial court in granting the defendant's motion for summary judgment. We affirm.

The defendant is an airport authority created in the year 1970 pursuant to the provisions of section 3-611, R.R.S.1943, and it operates the Hall County airport under the terms of the pertinent statutes.
