OPINION BY PRICE, J., December 22, 1975:

Appellant, Charles Edward Reidenbaugh, was convicted by a jury of rape,1 statutory rape,2 sodomy,3 corrupting the morals of a minor,4 and assault and battery with intent to ravish.5
