This is an appeal by Barbara Height, the natural mother of Elvin Height III, from a judgment of the juvenile court of Van Wert County, ordering that the child be permanently removed from the custody and control of his mother and be placed in the permanent custody of the department of welfare, for adoption or otherwise.

Elvin's parents were divorced in the Court of Common Pleas of Van Wert County...
