This appeal raises two questions: What is the effect of a certificate of judgment as a lien after it is filed by the clerk and before it is docketed and indexed, and what is the liability of the clerk to one who is injured thereby where a certificate of judgment is filed but the docketing and indexing is completed on a later date.
