Larry G. Korbelik brought this personal injury action on behalf of his 5-year-old daughter, Jamie, alleging that the defendant, Julie E. Johnson, had negligently driven an auto into Jamie while she was crossing a school walk traversing Holdrege Street at 61st Street in Lincoln, Nebraska.
